RETURNS INFORMATION
You are more than welcome to return your unwanted item(s)! As long as you’re inside the returns period (30 days from receipt of purchase) and all returning items are unused and in their original packaging (still attached to the backboard, with tags on and with hygiene seal still intact if applicable)
A €4.95 deduction applies to refunds when using our Returns Labels. Additionally, any original postage cost will not be refunded.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or have had their hygiene seals removed or broken, even if only for suitability checks—unless the product is faulty.
Items with a broken hygiene seal are non-refundable and cannot be returned to you. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team via info@kycehair.com.
According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers forfeit their right to cancel if they unseal products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene concerns. If a buyer removes a hygiene seal despite clear instructions, they are considered to have accepted the goods and will not be eligible for a refund.
Upon receiving returned items, we inspect them to confirm that the hygiene seal remains intact.
This process typically takes 5 to 6 working days.
